Adding or Updating a Credit Card on your account

Save bank accounts and credit/debit cards to your profile to skip the hassle of entering your payment details every time you pay a bill. You can make payments using US or Canadian currency and we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa cards.



Your Payment Methods

  1. At the far right the menu bar, click on the Avatar (head icon). This will open a drop down menu, choose credit card
  2. Choose the card you want to update from the list
  3. Make your changes, then select Save Card.




That's it, you're All done!

Please note:

Now that you completed the update, the card on file will now be charged immediately for that/those subscriptions & invoices. Subsequent subscriptions & invoices will be automatically charged on the relevant due dates.

On payment, you will receive:

  • Confirmation that payment method on file has been updated
  • Confirmation of the payment which displays at the top of the invoice
  • An email confirming payment update, with the receipt and invoice attached if paying a bill
